The process of updating menus is almost automatic. To ensure your menus are displayed seamlessly, please follow these rules:
- send the menu as an attachment to the email
- in PDF format (otherwise automatic previews will not appear)
- attachment size up to 100kB (the smaller the better)
- in the subject line you can write what week it is, e.g. week 5 or week 29.1.-4.2 (but it is not necessary - the PDF you send as an attachment will be displayed on the website within 10 minutes regardless of the subject line or the name of the PDF)
NOTES:
- All advertising and other mail sent to this address will be ignored. The system is processed by an automated machine and it will only recognize the menu.
- Please report any registration or change in the email from which you are sending menus well in advance. Unknown email addresses will be ignored by the system.
- If your menu contains non-standard objects (images, fonts, etc.), it may not display correctly.
- The service is operated free of charge, its functionality is not guaranteed or enforceable.
